Quick Buttercream Icing

Basically:
1 part butter
2 parts icing sugar

Beat together until white. Really white. I leave it in the food
processor for half an hour and it comes up lovely and fluffy!

Warning: If you’re going to soften the butter in the microwave,
one sure fire way to bollocks this up is to leave it so that the
fat drains out of the butter. It should be *soft*, not melted!
